I live overseas; can I order from your site?

Yes we will ship to all countries* around the world. When you pay for your items the prices will be shown in GBP, USD or EUR. If you are not paying in either of these currencies, your bank/credit card will charge your account in your countries currency at the daily exchange rate. To get an idea of what this would be visit http://www.xe.com

*Please note if you do not live in an EEC country you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country, we cannot predict what these might be and you may like to contact your local customs office to find out more.

How much is shipping?

Our delivery charge is 3 GB Pounds for all orders, everywhere! The charge is the same wherever you live or how many items you order.

For Next Day Delivery (only available within the UK), the charge is 6 GB Pounds.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered if I live in the UK?

If you live in the UK orders under £50 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class and will normally be delivered to you in 3 working days, but please allow 7 working days before contacting us. For more information see http://www.royalmail.co.uk

Orders over £50 will be sent by DHL@home48 and a tracking number will be sent to you via email, you can expect the delivery 48 hours (not including sat/sun) after you receive your despatch email. If you are not at home the courier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery. See http://www.dhl.co.uk

How can I have next day delivery?

We now offer next day delivery within the UK only. There is a drop down menu to choose what type of delivery you would like in the Checkout section of our website. The cost for next day delivery is £6 and will be automatically calculated when choosing the option.

Please note the next-day delivery applies to business days only. If you placed an order for Next-Day Delivery on Friday before 12:00pm, your order will arrive on Monday. Friday afternoon and weekend orders will be picked up by DHL on Monday and will arrive Tuesday.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered if I live in Europe?

If you live in Europe, your order will be sent by Royal Mail AirMail http://www.royalmail.co.uk and will be with you within 5-10 working days.

Orders over £50 will be sent using a signed for service and a tracking number will be sent in an email at the time of despatch. Your order will be delivered by your country's national postal service for example:

How long does it take for my order to be delivered if I live in the Rest of the World?

If you live anywhere else in the world, your order will be sent via Royal Mail AirMail http://www.royalmail.co.uk and will be with you within 7-14 working days.

Orders over £50 will be sent via a signed for service and a tracking number will be sent via email at the time of despatch

How do I know my payment was successful?

You will receive an email from our website to confirm that you have successfully paid for your order. This email will have your order number. Please keep this number in case of any complications.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, most likely the payment did not go through. Reasons for this could be from spending too much time on the payment page (over 15 minutes) or incorrect details are entered in. Becuase our payment is quite secure, please make sure your Post Code is the same

Can I return my order?

We cannot exchange or refund underwear for hygiene reasons. But we will gladly exchange or refund you for any items that are returned to us, unworn and in their original condition. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us. A Returns Sheet will be sent with your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes! We will be very happy to change or cancel your order but you must speak to us before we send it out to you and please note that we despatch orders as soon as we can, so you will need to speak to us quickly 0114 2903613 (+44 114 2903613 from overseas).

We regret that once an order has been despatched we cannot cancel/change that order, therefore you will need to return the order to us for a refund/exchange.

Where is my order?

If your order has not turned up within the time stated above, please e-mail us at orders@builtforsin.co.uk or telephone us on 0114 2903613 with the following information:

2. Email address of order number
3. Postal Address
